By accessing or using the platform, you acknowledge and agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions.

Salasah Go is operated by Salasah Al-Ektsadia Company for IT Systems, a legally registered company in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia,
with its headquarters in Riyadh.

1.3 Services Provided

• Live online language courses


• Recorded educational content


• Interactive learning activities

All services are subject to availability and published schedules.

1.4 User Registration

• Users must provide accurate and complete information.


• The platform is intended for users aged 18 years and above.


• Where applicable, minors may register only with explicit parental consent.

1.5 Content Usage

• All educational materials are protected by intellectual property laws.


• Content may be used for personal learning purposes only.


• Commercial use, reproduction, or redistribution is prohibited without prior written consent.

1.6 Fees & Payments

• Fees are payable through approved payment methods.


• All prices are displayed in Saudi Riyals (SAR).


• Enrollment in a course constitutes a financial commitment.

1.7 Refund Policy

• Refund requests may be submitted within 7 days of payment.


• No sessions must have been attended and no more than 10% of the course content accessed.


• Completed courses and issued certificates are non-refundable.

1.8 Certificates

• Certificates are issued upon meeting attendance and assessment requirements.


• Certificates represent course completion and are non-academic.


• Certificate verification is available through the platform.

1.9 Account Suspension or Termination

Salasah Go reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for policy violations, misuse, or provision of false information,
without entitlement to refunds.
